The Targa body style has been a fixture of the 911 line since 1966, but it took until 2015 for Targa and GTS to appear together. Consider GTS to be a sort of high-performance value package, built for speed as well as comfort. GTS is available on rear- and all-wheel-drive coupes and cabriolets and Targa models (all-wheel drive only), and it represents a savings of about 10 percent over an identically specced S models. Thanks to upgraded turbochargers, GTS models make 450 horsepower and 405-lb-ft of torque; that's 30 more horsepower than current S models and 20 more than the previous-generation GTS.
